In most cases we will use Australia Post to deliver your purchases.
What Do We Charge For Delivery?
Delivery of samples, even in split deliveries - is included in the price of $2 per samples.
All other deliveries are FREE for orders over $250 - or just a flat $15 for any order under this value.
How Do We Deliver Your Purchase?
Samples are dispatched as we receive them by regular post. You may receive your sample order in a number of deliveries. We believe this works best, as some samples my take 2-3 weeks to arrive, while others we may already have in stock, we don't want to keep you waiting longer than necessary.
Wallpaper orders are generally dispatched via Australia Post and will need to be signed for. We will send you an email when your order has left so you know to be on the lookout for it. These orders are also trackable, so please let us know if you order has not arrived within the normal expected time frame.
As most fabric is on long rolls they usually need to be sent via courier. Please use a business address if possible as repeat attempted deliveries incur a surcharge. Your purchase will also need to be signed for, so we can insure it arrived at its destination. Why not send your fabric direct to you upholster or curtain manufacturer to alleviate delivery problems? We will communicate further with you prior to dispatch of your purchase.
International Orders
Yes, we can ship internationally on a large range of our products. Please email details of the items you are interested in along with a full postal address, so we can provide you with appropriate delivery pricing.
