Important Checks Before You Order
You are responsible for ensuring that the upholstery and furniture products you have ordered will fit into your home and that there is sufficient access for the delivery vehicle to reach the delivery address. If you are unsure on this matter please contact the store before placing your order.

Colours
While every attempt is made to ensure the colours displayed on our website are true and accurate, colour variations are inevitable due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you need to match a colour exactly, please send us a sample of your colour or request a colour sample of the product from the store. No responsibility will be taken if you are unhappy with the colour when your purchase arrives, unless we have sent you a colour sample, which is different to the product received.
Basis of Sale
All orders will be subject to the following conditions:
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation.
Acceptance of Sale
Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the Products you have ordered. If any of the Products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.
Upholstery, Window Coverings and Made to Measure Products
The Products you order will be made specifically to your order, in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us at the time of your order.
It is your responsibility to check all details and aspects of your order are correct, and suitable for your requirements. Including: measurements, dimensions, product features, access to your home or unit and the physical ability to have delivery access.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order:
- Any order which is custom made to your specifications, including fabric choice, size, colour or specifications is unable to be cancelled once the order has been confirmed due the specialty nature of the product.
- Standard store stocked item are able to be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched by contacting the store on 07 3399 6919.
- After they have been dispatched within 5 working days to the store with proof of purchase, unused and in the original condition and packaging. It will however be your responsibility, and at your cost, to return them to the store, unless they were received faulty or not what you ordered. If returning goods by post please label and package them properly so they are not lost or damaged in transit. Products will remain your property until we receive them.
